Mr. Toborowsky is an experienced history teacher whose passion is the impact of Jews on American History. He has taught a four-part course on the subject at CRJ and at his home synagogue in Louisville, KY and is currently teaching “Jews in American History” at Rollins College. On March 8 he will present the second lecture in his series discussing the German wave of immigration.

Mr. Toborowsky will cover such topics as: Early Zionists in America: Why were Jews expelled from parts of the South? From peddler to merchant prince, how did a German hunchback and a French leader change Judaism? The development of Reform Judaism.
