L'Dor V'Dor is an elementary school-age youth group of the Conservative movement. Chartered by our congregation as a member of the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism, the organization of Conservative congregations in North America, L'Dor V'Dor is for 4th and 5th graders to gather in an informal setting to learn about their Jewish heritage, become more aware of community concerns, and have a great time socializing with other Jewish youth. Kadima is the middle school age youth group of the Conservative movement. Chartered by our congregation as a member of the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism, the organization of Conservative congregations in North America, Kadima consists of 17 regions, including Ha Negev. Due to the large size of our region, there are three sub-regions; we fall under the Mercaz sub-region for central Florida.For more information contact the Youth Director, Jen Braunstein, at Temple Israel. In Kadima at TI, our focus is on three areas: Tzedakah, Tikkun Olam and Social Events, where we get to socialize with other Jewish preteens.
